First time going but I'll be back! Delicious I'm mad I didn't discover sooner! They walked me through picking a selection and let me try different ice creams till I found the cake batter ice cream with the glazed doughnut which is in my picture! Heaven in every bite! I'll be back!

Best. Idea. Ever!!! A messy treat for any age. Might not recommend going here on a first date... But it's definitely a place you have to check out! Warm glazed donut, with vanilla cinnamon swirl ice cream & Cinnamon Toast Crunch mixed into the ice cream. Wow! Heaven!! & an extra day at the gym but so worth it 👌🏼

The parlour has excellent ice cream and the staff is usually nice and very friendly. However, over the past 8 months that I have been going there I have asked to be able to purchase just a pint of ice cream. Every single time I have been there to order just a pint of ice cream, I am constantly told that the kids are not in stock or the containers have not come in, or some other random excuse. I would seriously reconsider whomever places the orders for supplies because at this point, I will not be returning. Like I said, great ice cream and staff is nice, but if you are going to advertise on the in-house menu that you sell ice cream by the pint, you better be able to do it. 8 months and not once being able to sell a pint of ice cream due to a container shortage is absolutely unacceptable.

I dont crave much in the way of sweets but this place I crave all the time their deep fried ice cream filled donuts are to die for they allow plenty of time for people to pick what they want and dont try to rush you they give suggestions and are friendly

Great location for cool flavors of ice cream! It makes going out for ice cream worth it, especially if you're feeling sad. Staff always cheers me up and are generous with their ice cream scooping.Got a free churro for posting about them on social media! Tuesday's are the best days to come in. Single scoops (which are really like 2 scoops imo), are only $2. Worth your time!

Yummy ice cream. The staff here is very kind. I really loving attending this place. I would suggest everyone take the time to head in. I love the fries here and the beer is always cold. The bathrooms could be cleaner but that's okay. Oh and it's really well run. The crowd fluctuates in size. There is nothing wrong with this great place, I hope you like it too.

We were super underwhelmed by this place. The line was huge and there weren't enough people working. We decided to get the cream puff since it was our first time there and it really wasn't anything special. Also the bathroom was pretty messy.

Great Ice Cream and very good waffle cones. The service is okay, but slow. Would be great to have more seating but I don't think they could fit any more.Had the double scoop waffle cone with Sea Salt and the Tai Tea ice cream, I forget the name. Anyway, the Sea Salt was really good, great caramel taste. The Tai Tea one was okay but way too subtle a flavor. Could hardly taste it against the waffle cone.

The kids who work here are always attentive and nice. Great customer service. Their selection is not very big but everything tastes delicious!

Went at the perfect time just before 4 no line! First time eating here ice cream is delicious. Love the variety cream puff was amazing you have the option of glazed or no glaze on your donut!

The 50 shades of earl grey was amazing. They make fabulous ice cream there perfect for a hot or cold day 👍

First time visiting The Parlor and it was okay. The ice cream donuts were good and the staff was friendly. They explained the concept and the options I had. There wasn't a lot of ice cream flavor to choose from. The staff offered a sample of their taro root ice cream which some people didn't like, but I thought tasted pretty good. There is ample sitting but unfortunately the parlor was not clean. The table had left over used napkins and melted ice cream on the floor from previous customers. It wasn't busy when we visited (just another couple), so they could have spot cleaned. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience.

One of the best desserts I've ever had. Thai tea ice cream in a hot donut. Yes please!

I didn't like it at all. The ice-cream was not good and refrozen several times based on the ice in it. The puffs are not puffs but just oily burger bunds.

I came a little late and full so I didnt get to really try something off the wall good but the environment was cool and flavors were unique and tasty.

Main info: donuts are great. Try the waffles they are worth the extra. If you want extra you can get pints which is nice for those midnight cravings. Overall this is a great idea and great flavored ice cream. Other: Trendy atmosphere with top 40 playing in the background. Young kids are in front and possibly the back. Came on a Sunday evening and it was pretty empty. More people started trickling in while we were waiting for the waffles.

Wife and I go here on occasion and the ice cream by itself tastes amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

Underwhelming. Just go to Walmart, get some donuts and ice cream and do it yourself. Way better. Also you won’t have to stand in line for 40 mins. Also have dirty bathrooms.

Smelled great inside, store was clean. I got two flavors of ice cream as a single scoop, they were delicious and filling but a bit pricey. Service was terribly rude though, they clearly did not want to be there.

We were told to try this place out while we were dining at fats one evening. What an amazing surprise! When I saw that you actually mix a donut, glazed or unglazed, with a choice of ice creams I was immediately smitten.I chose the glazed donut with salted Carmel ice cream. They actually take the Donut and use some type of panini press to serve you a warm crispy donut with frozen ice cream in between period I did not know how much I needed this in my llife.

The ice cream is decent, the donuts are decent. In my opinion the ice cream puffs are not worth the calories.

I bought "The Works" shake. I thought the ice cream flavor choices were weird. I prefer Leatherby's over this place.

It was fairly busy but the workers had no problems keeping up. My wife and daughter also got Ice Cream (with Churros) and they raved about theirs.

Delicious warm donut with cold ice cream in the middle. However I would recommend asking for no powdered sugar on top, makes it too messy and too sweet.

I'm glad they made a Roseville location, but as of recent they downsized the single scoop serving, which from a business perspective I can understand but from a consumer perspective I hate! Again, Earl Grey here is the best. Come here on Tuesdays for $2 scoops

What a stylish little shop!! The ice cream was amazing and my husband got the oreo churros which he absolutely loved. Will definitely go back! And the customer service was great!
